The administrative ladies were very nice and there was little to no wait time.
Nicky was super patient and informative about how to best take care of my teeth. She was thorough in the cleaning process and even gave me a free tooth brush afterwards!
I will definitely be returning for my follow up cleaning in 6 months. Amanda E

Posted On: 09/03/2024 Dr. Held && Nicole were awesome!! Two of my medical transportation rides to my appointment canceled on me, so I ended up being 40 minutes late, but they still saw me, thank God. I'm so grateful!!! Super awesome. I highly recommend it. Great with kids. Before and after, my tooth was filled today. Got my smile back today!! 🥳 🎉 🪅UPDATE: 1/15/25 came back for my filling for the biggest cavity two weeks ago and been going through pain ever since so set up appointment for 1/15/25 at 5:30 but I'm still siting here in the waiting room while people that just walked in gets called inside. It's now 6:22pm and I'm in pain still here waiting for my name to be called . Can barely eat drink and lay on that side the filling was done on which is why I'm here. Long wait time. I got here at 5:23pm and signed the clipboard at 5:25pm. Lack of communication sucks. Let you patients know what's going on!! I was told I was next 30 minutes ago but I'm still here waiting and about 5 ppl done went in so far. I could understand if I was a walk in but you don't do this to patients with appointments so dropping my 5 star review down to 4 just work on informing me and your other patients of what's going on in the future when you go over our scheduled time. Posted On: 08/06/2024 I took my mom to the dentist. Rosa said she needed a $5000.00 procedure that wasn’t covered by insurance. I felt as if we were being bullied to sign and accept some type of credit check immediately. I was not being heard. We felt uncomfortable. I’m never going back. Natacha B

Posted On: 07/17/2024 If I had not already paid the 10K for my implants I would have already found a different dentist office to go to…the 3 stars are for how great the dentists are,my frustration is with the front desk/how hard it is to reach somebody or even make an appointment. Its soooo annoying how I have to put in a message to somebody to get a call back in 48hrs to make an appointment EVERY time i need an appointment and most of the times I have to double call after 3 days to get a call back…This time is the MOST frustrating time as my appointment was never made and now im back in this damn cycle to get the appointment back which by now is as good as gone and Im gonna have to make another damn appointment…I am so over the office and can not wait to cut off my ties after I have finished my implants Cassie B
