A couple of problems with this office. I would not recommend this place as they do not want to communicate and are money hungry.
1) You cannot get a hold of them via phone. They have an answering service but they do not ever connect you to the receptionist or follow-up.
2) if you want to switch to another office they will not answer their calls either so you would have to go in person to get your medical records/ copy of X-rays
3) If you need any procedure done they will not communicate with your prior that your insurance doesn’t cover it and pressure you to pay for them out of pocket.
4) their wait times are horrendous. If you have an appointment, expect to be there for a couple of hours waiting
5) they charged $2700 for a single tooth extraction + bone graft. The billing coordinator was rude and did not explain what type of bone graft they put in. The procedure was no longer than 10 minutes. I called a couple of other offices and they confirmed we spent way too much. T D
