Posted On: 09/14/2017 I decided to get a filling filed down so I made an appointment with the same doctor I saw last time, Dr.Alexander Sakthivelu. I wasn't informed that my tooth would feel weird or extra sensitive after the filling. When I get to the appointment that day the man decides to see me while he is already working on a patient, asking whats wrong, being hasty etc. I told him that my bite felt off and he says 'i don't know what you're talking I did the filling perfectly fine' -_-. So I said are you sure :). Then the man decides to start shaving my tooth down, then only after does he state that the filling was behind the front tooth not below it. So in my head I'm thinking 'Why did you shave the bottom of my tooth -_-. Then the man stops and says I'll be back , in the mean time talk to a nurse .. after 20 min I asked a nurse for pictures of my teeth and the x-rays that they had on file. My tooth isn't giving me the same problem I first had but now it is extra sensitive and gives mild pain when I chew , all because this man is impatient and not serious about is work. Ahhmelle

Posted On: 08/23/2017 I rushed from work for my appointment! I was waiting a while and began to wonder when I would be called. The receptionist nonchalantly said 'oh you have 3 People ahead of you'. I'm baffled, why make an appointment and allow your patients to rush without informing them the OFFICE/Doctor is running behind. They will harass you To be on time yet don't have the decency to respect your time! It's conviently placed but I promise....you won't be happy with the doctors or the staff. Last time I was even seen they charged my insurance for a cleaning they never did! Tonica R

Posted On: 03/17/2017 Dental assistants at this location always have nasty attitudes and seem to always be in a rush its very frustrating. Had a broken toith in my mouth for the past month now, it been a run around trying to get the papers for an extraction. Laur
