Posted On: 10/31/2019 Enjoyed my visit my first time here the dental hygienist was very gentle I felt no pain cleaning my teeth ..the first that has ever happen i couldn’t believe my teeth were actually cleaned I kept checking when I got home but yes they were cleaned .. most definitely will return.. one thing I would say is the rooms need updating and more Thorough cleaning Kerdija A

To a new place where I need their service. What I’m
saying today is people please, please, please, write
about your experience in a new place no matter where it is, it helps.Having said this,do not use this dental office. They are lacking in patient care. They are what is know as chop shop dental services. They don’t exam you throughly, so they can refer you out to their friends. And yes they do try and sell you other products. My dental cleaning was terrible, and yes I know the difference because I came from a dentist where I received great care, He Retired!!!!, Do not I repeat go here, get a referral from a friend who has great teeth, and never complain about dentist woes!!!!! Posted On: 08/22/2019 When I tried to explain to the receptionist that I was disappointed with my last cleaning because it was too short and I had to request additional cleaning for areas that weren't touched initially, she retorted, if you don't like the service you are free to go elsewhere. She said that's the instruction she received from her boss for clients who complain. I asked for her name and she just hung up.

To get through to make an appointment I had to go through the Queens office to get someone on the phone. Seems like the Canarsie residents can wait forever while the Queen's clients receive quicker response time.

Truly wish our community would demand better service. Horrible horrible service!!! Ghdhs B

Posted On: 06/06/2019 If I could make it 0 stars, I would. I was a patient at the Rockaway and Ave L for several years, along with my 4 children. I didn't have any problems until I made a private complaint about the lack of follow up via email to management. I didn't write a public complaint. As a healthcare worker myself, I would think someone would follow up. No, instead my child was dismissed without any notice or reason. Leaving my son with incomplete services. When I asked why, I was told I had a disagreement with a worker. This is definitely a lie, because I could never get anyone on the phone for there to be a disagreement. I was always told to call back because the manager is not available and just like my complaint, I never received a return call. I would never argue with the person answering the phone, because most likely they have no clue to my complaint. I did go to to office AFTER my child was dismissed and again no one was available to speak to me. I was in no way rude to anyone. I was always taught to treat people how I wish to be treated. I was told to send an email. I sent a complaint to my insurance company, and these disgusting, unprofessional people felt the need to say it was due to bad behavior in the office. I can't believe the need to lie so much. I had no intention to return to this office. As I was told, they have the right to refuse anyone.... but please, BE HONEST!!!!!!!! I have NEVER disrespected anyone in the office, over the phone or in person. To say the Management is terrible and unprofessional is an understatement!!!!! NikkiP
