Posted On: 08/22/2019 When I tried to explain to the receptionist that I was disappointed with my last cleaning because it was too short and I had to request additional cleaning for areas that weren't touched initially, she retorted, if you don't like the service you are free to go elsewhere. She said that's the instruction she received from her boss for clients who complain. I asked for her name and she just hung up.

To get through to make an appointment I had to go through the Queens office to get someone on the phone. Seems like the Canarsie residents can wait forever while the Queen's clients receive quicker response time.

Truly wish our community would demand better service. Horrible horrible service!!! Ghdhs B

Posted On: 06/06/2019 If I could make it 0 stars, I would. I was a patient at the Rockaway and Ave L for several years, along with my 4 children. I didn't have any problems until I made a private complaint about the lack of follow up via email to management. I didn't write a public complaint. As a healthcare worker myself, I would think someone would follow up. No, instead my child was dismissed without any notice or reason. Leaving my son with incomplete services. When I asked why, I was told I had a disagreement with a worker. This is definitely a lie, because I could never get anyone on the phone for there to be a disagreement. I was always told to call back because the manager is not available and just like my complaint, I never received a return call. I would never argue with the person answering the phone, because most likely they have no clue to my complaint. I did go to to office AFTER my child was dismissed and again no one was available to speak to me. I was in no way rude to anyone. I was always taught to treat people how I wish to be treated. I was told to send an email. I sent a complaint to my insurance company, and these disgusting, unprofessional people felt the need to say it was due to bad behavior in the office. I can't believe the need to lie so much. I had no intention to return to this office. As I was told, they have the right to refuse anyone.... but please, BE HONEST!!!!!!!! I have NEVER disrespected anyone in the office, over the phone or in person. To say the Management is terrible and unprofessional is an understatement!!!!! NikkiP

Slow, old, dirty
I took my special needs child for a visit. I honestly think the receptionist, the aide, and the hygentist were making fun of my son.

Receptionist act as if they are bothered when helping and asked questions, they sit up front and talk about all their personal lives, loud and not business appropriate. Posted On: 08/31/2018 This was the worse experience that I have ever undergone. The have you wait several hours, to tell you you can't be seen based on a prior procedure from a different dentist. They never tried to help the dental emergency I was having. They never asked if I'm willing to pay, they simply dismissed me because they claimed the insurance won't pay them.
The worse customer care ever. I am forewarning , dont spend your money or time with this place!.
Just horrible; they dont even deserve one star! M P

Posted On: 08/01/2018 They are so unprofessional I waited 3 hours for a dentist who never even showed up they wouldn’t allow another doctor to see me just ridiculous a waste of time nobody even said he wasn’t in the office it wasn’t until a hour into my stay that I asked how many people were in front of me that’s when they informed me he wasn’t in he wouldn’t even give an estimate of how long he just kept telling workers he was on his way I wasted a day of work to sit here for absolutely nothing Shatasia P

Posted On: 07/11/2018 This place has no Professionalism, the secretaries behave in a disgusting manner when you ask questions about the wait time...the wait time to receive another appointment is months apart...I was not pleased with the way the secretary was speaking to me so I left with out receiving my temporary crown and when I tried to go to another dentist they told me my insurance was already charged for the job..so they steal your insurance money as well, so make sure you receive your service the day you go cause they are going to take there money from your insurance whether you show up to your appointment or not which is FRAUD!!!! Please don’t waste your time or money you can get better service else where!! Jalisa C

Posted On: 05/23/2018 Receptionist are unprofessional. They act as if you are bothering them. I stood there and listened to them have a personal conversation and noone acknowledged me until i said 'excuse me' the both looked up at me..In silence. I came the day before with my 7 year old daughter because she cracked her tooth, I had to come back because they needed xrays to be sent. I returned the following day only for them to tell me they cant see my child because they didnt have the tools. Why waste my time if thry knew what my visit was for? They need to get it together. Posted On: 04/11/2018 Today was the second time I was not satisfied with my cleaning. I did not get a thorough cleaning. The hygienists was finished less than 5 mins. If I never asked him how is everything looking, he would have never told me there was inflammation due to lack of flossing. They also have front end receptionist sell you cosmestic procedures that you don't even need. Have to becareful. Jennifer J
