Posted On: 07/14/2025 I feel morally compelled to share my experience at this dental practice.This was my first appointment at this practice,the wait time was long,following x-rays I sat in A room for about 35 minutes.Before seeing the dentist,the care coordinator,Rosa came in to access my teeth(not sure what her dental credentials are)but she was there to discuss the financial parts of my care.My appointment was for a tooth extraction using my dental insurance.The dentist came in and accessed me for less than five minutes and I had to ask his name twice.The dentist left and Rosa returned,imagine my shock and bewilderment,when I was told that I would have to pay $3000 to have any work started,when I questioned why I could not have my tooth extracted, Rosa became hostile,I exited the office,knowing I had 'dodge a bullet'.In conclusion I say to anyone visiting this practice'buyer beware' Hazel D

Update after your reply:
Spare me the gaslighting and manipulation.
What a gross reply — instead of the time call I was told I would get. Was called now — 2 weeks later and the nasty supervisor is why they are all incompetent— it comes from the head. I mean even an authentic apology she could not get out her mouth. Kept cutting me off, talking over me. Telling me irrelevant things, and unwilling to accept they don’t know how to act in a work place — esp a medical one.
They should he closed!

This place is a scam and WHY people don’t go to dentists. I didn’t more time with a random lady who applied for a loan for me — when no follow up appointment or procedure was set. The Asian lady doctor was RUDE, short, judgmental and busy running out the roll before I could even get a mouth guard prescribed. As in another review — they just try to get thousands of dollars out of you — in a pretty disgusting way. I went out of my way to get this location, because I was told the others ones don’t take my insurance. So I wasted my day with a sham location and a horrible doctor leads the way for you treated like garbage. Med school isn’t worth a dollar if people don’t know bed side manners. Becky G

Posted On: 07/01/2025 By far the worst dental cleaning of my life. I waited two hours for a cleaning that lasted less than 2 minutes with a dental hygienist that gave me a face shower with the water flosser. I was soaked. There was no teeth scraping and no flossing. I'm absolutely appalled at the lack of service and wait times. They were over 30 minutes late to take me back and the majority of the time was spent waiting for people to come in for 1 minute or less. Maybe if they stopped standing around discussing Love Island and actually worked, a teeth cleaning wouldn't take two hours for a 2 minute service. Go anywhere else but here. Jenovia

Posted On: 06/25/2025 I visit Canarsie dental for a tooth removal then was told that I had a gum disease and they have to remove the teeth and do a bone graph for a total of $8000 it was all a lie. I just needed to get the tooth pulled. I went to two other Dentist no gum disease what I’m saying is be careful they will try to charge you for things you don’t need especially time in need because I was in a lot of pain Nicole M

Posted On: 06/04/2025 My girlfriend and I went to this location to get her 2 teeth pulled.

She did some X-rays and they wanted to give her a Bone Graph when all she needed was a tooth pull.

When inside, the nurse was rude saying don't you work / good credit / don't you do taxes 🙄 .

6k for Bone Grab / Graph when all we wanted was to get (2) Tooth Pulled like what the hell!
Who has 6k to drop for this type of cosmetic crazy.

On the application, we said ( Pull tooth ) that's all.

( I'm here for tooth Pull ) like 4 times to every person in the back that asked.

But they're so greedy $$$ trying to force others to get these bogus cosmetics when all was needed was a simple tooth extraction.

They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and the filling didn’t hurt at all, even the numbing with the needle was painless. They sent me in a chair for five minutes for cleaning so cool cleaning and set me on my way. Told me I had gum disease, which was a lie then I need a deep cleaning to get me to come back to use my insurance never again report them to the Better Business Bureau Harold R

I saw four different people who came in and took pictures of my teeth for 10 minutes just to upsell that I needed to have some deep gum treatment after looking at a photo of my teeth. and then when I said I was here for a cleaning they did a about a two minute cleaning and sent me on my way. The doctor just came in for one minute, he recommends some deep cleaning where they numb my gums. The whole place felt shifty 100% do not recommend OT FUN With Ms. A
