Posted On: 02/19/2020 I really liked my experience here. The office is clean and spacious. The dentist made sure I was comfortable and wasn’t experiencing any pain as she was cleaning my teeth. Also the staff here is very friendly and welcoming. Chanique C

Posted On: 02/18/2020 The initial visit was ok aside from the fact that they mixed up my kids extra files. I tried to call to schedule my daughter's extraction .... 5 calls later, being hung up on twice, being told I would receive a call back in 15 minutes three times that never came and being on hold for an hour and 15 minutes all in one day... I FINALLY got through and since I decided to just do the simple extraction which is covered by the insurance and not all the other added things that costs $1600 to $1800 I was told they couldn't do it and that I needed to find an oral surgeon. And when I complained about the unprofessionalism and terrible customer service from the main call line I was told it is what it is. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN. Sometimes the closest option is not always the best. Alot of wasted time here and now my kid is still suffering as I search for an oral surgeon. Miss B
