Posted On: 10/13/2025 The worst dental office period. I waited a month for my crown and the dentist decides while I'm on the chair that he didn't have the tools to perform it. The office runs by answering service so you cant even speak to anybody over the phone. Horrible place. They have no empathy or sympathy at all. Don't go there. They made me get root canals because they failed to fill my teeth when it was needed. Sassy K

Posted On: 08/09/2025 The worst dental experience of my life. I was desperate to be seen quickly since I am in pain. I didn’t read reviews. Showed up to a cramped, weird, dirty office space. Almost creepy. Music blared, the staff laughed and flirted and I felt like an after thought. Uncaring, young, and unenthusiastic dentist and assistants. I need alot of dental work, but was there for an emergency root canal. I have swollen gums, and shooting pain.

They did way too many x rays. The young female Asian dentist spent like 10 minutes with me, poked my mouth, mumbling about braces, maybe my tooth was cracked and I needed a root canal. She mumbled about needing implants where I had previously lost teeth, or I would lose more. Then some payment plan guy tried to tell me it was going to be $4,000 for a crown if I didn’t want a metal crown from Medicaid. Said I could go on a payment plan. Clearly scare tactics and scam at that point.

They made zero attempt to refer me for the root canal. The worst? They didn’t even bother to call in an antibiotic prescription, or offer pain meds. On a weekend. I’m going to file a BBB complaint, this was malpractice.

Please, read all of the 1star reviews, they are there to SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY. Other good reviews are fake. Now I have to go the ER tomorrow. DO NOT, I repeat, do NOT go here. Misha C

Posted On: 08/04/2025 I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this place. My visit was hands-down the most unprofessional and uncomfortable dental experience I've ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, the environment was chaotic — loud music, staff laughing and chatting in the hallway, and a general lack of professionalism.

The office itself was filthy. Trash bins were overflowing, equipment looked visibly dirty, and the examination tools were rusty. Yes, rusty. When I brought this to the doctor's attention, his response was, “It’s not dirty, just a little rust,” and asked if I wanted a new set — as if that was optional. That alone should have been a red flag.

After voicing my concerns, both the doctor and staff became noticeably rude and dismissive. The hygienist rushed through my cleaning in under two minutes, splashing water all over my face and then walking away without a word. I had to ask for a paper towel just to dry myself off, while the staff and doctor remained outside laughing and talking.

There was zero sense of care or professionalism, especially for a new patient. When I tried to discuss my visit with the doctor, he stood behind me instead of in front, making it incredibly difficult to have a proper conversation — especially over the loud music and background noise.

If you're looking for a welcoming, clean, and competent dental practice, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Omorriso
