Posted On: 04/27/2023 This dentist office is definitely a scam, Low class, and money hungry. They have been doing this for years. I'm surprised no one has reported them. I have great insurance that pays for my sons braces through and through. Didn't have to spend $7,000 like the coordinator advised because according to her my insurance didn't cover them. I appreciate the acknowledgement of my experience, but I want to be clear that my concern is not just about being in pain — it is about the lack of transparency, dismissal of my questions, and the way I was treated while vulnerable.

This is particularly disappointing given that I previously celebrated your service and left an above-excellent 5-star review. Based on this experience, that trust no longer stands.

My review was written to warn others based on my experience, and I do not wish to discuss this matter further over the phone.

A phone call is not necessary.

2025 -Update / Warning to the Community

I’m leaving this review to warn others, especially families.

During my last visit, I was in significant pain and distress. Instead of receiving clear communication or support, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful treatment. What made this worse is that the office had ample opportunity to explain their process and expectations before my appointment, but chose not to.

Being blindsided while already in pain was unacceptable. Transparency and basic respect should never be optional in healthcare settings.

I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions before booking here.

2022-💜🙏🏽☺️I had a dentist in my past who did not take their time to make sure that the targeted area in my mouth, was numb first! As I learned from the dentist Dr, I’ve seen today. All I can say is that, I’m locking him down for my dental future work. Work he preformed was on level Advanced 100% Thank you a million times and May God continue to bless you with techniques as you keep moving forward. Beyond notice Love P

The team helped me move past those fears by explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. They did something else that was very much appreciated. What they did was they listened to me. They weren't there for just my teeth they were there for me. That may sound silly but these days it's difficult to find people who care about your wellbeing and comfort. Mrheatmiser2
