Posted On: 05/28/2023 Unfortunately I waited 2 hours to be seen for my appointment, as a new patient. The dentist came in, didn’t introduce himself and half heartedly listened to my concerns, and did not follow up with solutions for the issue I was having, he did try to offer cosmetic solutions, but I’m happy with my teeth so it wasn’t of interest to me. The hygienist did introduce herself but rushed through the cleaning, it took at total of 5-10 minutes, it didn’t feel thorough. The other reviews are so positive, I was excited that I maybe found my new dentist in my neighborhood, unfortunately I didn’t receive a good quality of service, and will need to keep looking Alea K

Posted On: 05/18/2023 Came to revise my review after my first visit. I called on the 10th and they had a spot for the 11th. As I said previously, the staff is very polite on the phone. Especially the women at the front desk, they were very professional in person. The woman that did my cleaning offered some advice and was done in no time. There was an issue with my insurance but they provided complimentary services as it was my first visit. I'd give full stars if it wasn't for my previous issue and the fact that I've had better experiences elsewhere.

Based on some of the negative reviews I was really expecting a more hostile environment but I can't say I was pressured into taking out a loan or anything crazy🤷🏾‍♂️. Thank you for the cleaning. I'll stay away from cabernet sauvignon for a while. Daniel J
